Being a volunteer is an important part of our league and helps the coaches and the players. Volunteer fees are charged from Tee-ball through Majors per family/registration. Volunteer fee refunds are typically issued in the beginning of July after the season is over and as long as the family is eligible.
There are many opportunities to volunteer with the league, such as you can be a coach or assistant coach, a general volunteer which can consist of running the snack shack for games, or prepping/clearing the fields among other opportunities.
Typically we ask parents to help 4-6 hours per season to obtain their volunteer fee refund. If you are already background checked and wish to enter your volunteer hours to be eligible for a refund, you can do so by
