Softball Equipment Manager - The Softball Equipment Manager shall:

Secure bids for and purchase all softball equipment - uniforms, socks, softballs, catcher's equipment, etc;

Order and maintain all equipment to ensure that it meets Little League standards;

With the assistance of the League Coordinators, will distribute all equipment and ensure that the equipment is returned after seasons are complete.
Softball Field Maintenance Coordinator - The Field Maintenance Coordinator shall:

Coordinate with the Town of Granby on weekly field maintenance activities, including pre-season, tournament and fall season field preparation.

Work with the Safety Officer to ensure that all structures and fences are safe and working properly.

Report and make recommendations to the Executive Board, in regard to field, structure, and fencing improvements.

Coordinate end of the year annual maintenance items, i.e. removal of netting.

Oversee individual field coordinators and ensure individual field maintenance efforts are consistent with EGGLL objectives and priorities.
Annual Fundraiser Coordinator - The Fundraising Coordinator shall:

Coordinate all aspects of the leagues annual fundraiser

Establish any Sponsorship and/or fundraising sub-committees needed to assist with fundraising goals; and

Maintain sponsorship and fundraising records and provide the Board with all records on financials goals achieved;
School/Community Outreach Coordinator- The League Community Outreach Officer shall:

Be responsible for assisting EGGLL in recruiting young East Granby/Granby children to play baseball and softball;

Act as a liaison between the Executive Board, its objectives and local schools; and
-
Send out EGGLL communications to the East Granby/Granby residence, not already associated with EGGLL.
